Hi there I'm Brent!

Brent became a licensed REALTOR® in February of 2005, As the grandson of Mary Kelley, the first female Real Estate Broker in the Phenix City, AL area, carries with him a strong desire to succeed through representing his clients with passion and a vast knowledge that only comes from experience in the business — just like his grandmother. Born and raised right here in the Phenix City/Smiths Station, AL area, Brent’s determination and aspiration to be the best at whatever he does was evident even as a young man in his day in and day out commitment to baseball from little league to college ball at Columbus State. Being licensed shortly before the downturn in 2008, Brent’s determination afforded him a successful beginning to a career that requires constant adaptation. He committed himself to success early on and had a resolution to be named among the top Realtors in the area which became his reality in 2009 and every year since. Brent specializes in land sales and homes with acreage, but has sold anything from a graveyard to commercial businesses! A few of Brent’s favorite things are spending time with his 2 daughters [Berklie and Blakely], fishing, any kind of hunting, watching baseball and Auburn sports, working out, skiing, date nights with his wife, Caitlin, days spent in the country, Reece’s, his 3 dogs [Huck, Honey, and Chief], and traveling to new places.

Hi there I'm Caitlin!

Originally from Missouri, Caitlin made her move to the Columbus area in 2009. After graduating from college with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Caitlin decided to pursue a career in Real Estate in 2015. As a full-time REALTOR®, Caitlin works closely with both buyers and sellers to help them obtain a desirable result of selling their home quickly and for top dollar or finding the home of their dreams in the right location at the right price. Along with holding the REALTOR® status, she also holds the Military Relocation Professional (MRP), Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), Accredited Staging Professional® (ASP®), and the Graduate REALTOR Institute (GRI) designations. Through this training Caitlin has learned how to thoroughly represent buyer-clients in real estate transactions and provide the quality of service and degree of fidelity to buyers that sellers have customarily enjoyed. She has taken a total of more than 150 hours worth of continuing education courses with in-depth training on legal and regulatory issues, technology, professional standards, and sales. Since starting her real estate career, she has had the honor of being recognized as Keller Williams' 2016 Rookie of the Year, she broke in to the top 20% in both her company and her local association by her second year in real estate, and now holds a position along with her husband, Brent, among the top agents in the surrounding area, was awarded the Georgia REALTORS® YPN Young Achiever Award in 2018, has been involved in both her Local and State Associations as a volunteer and chairperson on numerous committees, and proudly recommits herself as a Major Investor in RPAC year after year which supports candidates on both sides of the aisle who fight to protect our private property rights. A few of Caitlin’s favorite things are: lake days, projects, baking, decorating, organizing, a good blanket, high fives, bad jokes. dessert, shopping, red wine, and coming home after vacation!

Hi there I'm Kayla

Born and raised in Phenix City, Alabama, Kayla grew a strong love for her small town and the people in it. She first endeavored into the Real Estate industry as a full-time administrative assistant in 2018. Her journey into Real Estate allowed her to meet several influential people and mentors who encouraged her to obtain her real estate license. In 2020 Kayla became a licensed agent and now serves as a buyers agent and The Director of Operations for The Newsome Group. Kayla has worked her way through our industry, learning all of the ins and outs, and gaining the skillset needed to ensure her clients always get the best delegation in the process of buying and selling. Kayla pours her heart and soul into not only selling real estate, but servicing and growing our community. With her drive, willpower and integrity she is confident that she can assist anyone throughout the process of buying and/or selling real estate! When Kayla isn't working she loves spending time with her husband and friends. From wine tastings to brunch and shopping, she loves spending quality time with the people that are most important to her. Kayla's favorite hobbies include playing with her English Pointer, Chief, doing her nails or enjoying a glass of pinot noir with a nice novel.

Macy was born and raised in the panhandle of Florida but believes that home is wherever her family is. She is married to the love of her life and they have three sweet babies together, 2 girls and 1 boy! Macy has been working in real estate as a Transaction Coordinator since 2016. She enjoys being part of such an exciting process for our clients, whether it’s buying OR selling! Macy says that helping things run smoothly and seamlessly is her specialty. A few of Macy’s favorite things are: going on adventures with her family and binge watching scary movies!

Hi there I'm Kailie

Kailie was born and raised in Canada and has been practicing real estate since 2020. She has a passion is for helping military families and first time buyers and loves giving her clients her unfiltered honesty about homes, which she says makes her oddly great at handling any sight unseen client! She also says is you're lucky enough, you'll get her overly detailed video tour of a listing accompanied by a full tour of the neighborhood and surrounding area that many clients have called Kailie's "road rants”! Kailie love spending time with her adventurous son who always keeps her busy and reminds her to remain humble. A few fun facts about Kailie are: Her love for food and wine lead her to become a trained chef and Sommelier, her Corgi is Instagram famous (really, look her up! @corgiton_abbey), and she has a very dramatic diabetic cat named Taylor Swift!!
